2. Notice of Meeting – Public Notice has been given in accordance Schedule 12 of the Local Government Act 1972.


3. Apologies for absence – To receive and accept apologies from those members unable to attend.


4. Declarations of Interest – To receive any declarations of interest.


5. Public Participation Part 1 – The Town Council has allocated a total period of 10 Minutes for Public Participation which will be separated into 5 minutes now and 5 minutes prior to the Exclusion of the Press and Public.


6. Community Safety – to receive update reports from the Enforcement Service and Police (if applicable.


7. Minutes of the Town Council Meeting held on 20th December 2022.

11. Committee Minutes and Committee update reports – To received update reports from the Chairman of the Town Council Committees and approve the minutes of the following Town Council Committees:
    
    
    1. Finance Committee – 13th December 2022 and 10th January 2023
    2. Policy Committee – 19th December 2022 and 16th January 2023
    3. Events Committee – 12th January 2023


12. Town Council Policies – To agree the following Town Council Polices, subject to Policy Committees recommendation on 16th January 2023:-

13. Borough Councillors’ Reports - To receive written reports from Borough Councillors.


14. Finance – Monthly reports - to receive and approve the Bank Statements, Bank Reconciliation Statements and the Financial Transactions for the General Account and Hub Account.

17. Date of Next Town Council Meeting – The next Town Meeting will be held at 7.00pm on Tuesday 21st February 2023 at the Rings Community Hub.
